    Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect. Normal wear and tear. Unauthorized modifications or repairs. Products with removed or altered serial numbers. Any exclusions outlined by the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Submission

    To submit a warranty claim, use the Warranty Claim Form available on our website. Provide detailed and accurate information, including proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue.

  2. Evaluation

    Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or documentation. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to determine the validity of the claim based on their policy.

  3. Resolution

    If the claim is approved, we will facilitate the repair or replacement of the product as per the manufacturer's decision. The manufacturer’s decision regarding the claim is final.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Proof of Purchase

    Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) for all warranty claims.

  2. Product Return

  4. Shipping Duties & Taxes

    Recipients of warranty replacements are responsible for any shipping duties, taxes, and related fees. These charges are not covered under our warranty policy and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery of the replacement product.
