  2. Cancellation after 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel an order after the 24-hour window, please be aware that a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be applied. This fee compensates for the costs incurred in the processing and preparation of your order.

  3. Processing Cancellations: Once a cancellation request is received within the stipulated time frame, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note, if the cancellation is made after 24 hours, the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Refunds for Cancellations: Refunds will be processed in the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

  5. Special Order Items: Special order items are generally non-cancellable due to their custom nature. However, there may be exceptions depending on the stage of the order.
