My 2022 Ford F350 is now complete and ready for adventures
The installation of the winch was simple with the some home made tools
I made 4 dowels, installed them in the winch mounting holes, this allows me to place the winch onto the mounting plate by myself with out fighting to find the holes to install the bolts
Once the winch was resting on the mounting plate I just removed 1 dowl at a time and replaced them with the supplied mount bolts. I also made longer power cables to allow for ( in my opinion) better relay box protection I was able to install it on the top of the controller plate

Worked well. Just be sure that they are centered when installing them. Once on they would be very hard to remove.
